this actually makes me kind of sad. saying stuff like “junkie” and “Addict” is actually really, really insulting, especially for someone who would rather inhale a plant than take pain medication with who knows how many chemicals in it.

I have really bad joints in my knees and I have to take medication for it. Do you know what they wanted to prescribe me with? Hydrocodone. If you don’t know what that is, it’s pretty much like an off brand Vicodin and it’s super addictive. No thanks, I don’t want it. I’ve seen it ruin a lot of people’s lives with addiction.

I got my medical card and a vaporizer so that the smoking does not effect my lungs too much. Vapes are very smooth compared to smoking. And it gets rid of the pain and is much healthier than taking pills every day.

So before you brand someone for smoking, make sure you know the whole story. Some people actually use it for medicinal use.
